Is client data isolated between tenants?
Yes. Each client is a separate tenant with row-level isolation, so one client can never read another's data. Your partner access is scoped and audited.
Can I serve air-gapped clients?
Yes. Air-gapped clients run the same platform on-premise with a locally-verified signed license; you issue and renew those licenses through the partner flow, and renewal is simply importing a new license file.
